EZ-Flow Team
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing and Distribution from Briarcliffe College. After college, he began his career with Cablevision, advancing customer service and technical support into commercial sales. He later joined Storopack, where he spent nearly a decade as a Territory Manager covering New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, developing extensive experience in the protective packaging industry.
Since joining E-Z Flow Foam, Michael’s role has expanded beyond sales. Working closely with company leadership, he has contributed to equipment and product development designed to strengthen E-Z Flow’s solutions and position in the protective packaging market.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their son, Michael Jr. He is an avid motorsports enthusiast who enjoys racing his Camaro and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He is also a longtime baseball and hockey fan and a passionate Pittsburgh Penguins supporter. When it’s time to slow things down, Michael and his family enjoy traveling and spending time in the Caribbean.
A graduate of St. Louis High School in Honolulu, relocated to California and continued his education at Orange Coast College. He commenced his career in the chemical industry with our sister company, Diamond Liners, where he acquired valuable technical expertise in Graco equipment. This hands-on experience has been pivotal in developing the knowledge and skills he has obtained.
Since joining E-Z Flow as a technician, Bobby has assumed increasing responsibilities and now oversees the company’s technical services while serving as Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast. In these roles, Robert integrates his technical expertise and industry knowledge to provide effective solutions to various challenges and foster strong relationships with E-Z Flow’s customers throughout the West Coast.
Outside of his professional obligations, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing, snowboarding, and camping.
Before joining EZ Flow Foam, Jack was with Globe Life as a licensed life insurance agent. There he developed a strong foundation in sales, communication, and building relationships with clients. That experience taught him the importance of understanding a customer’s needs, earning their trust, and finding the right solution for each individual situation. Jack brought those skills with him when he made the transition into the foam industry and joined the EZ Flow Foam team.
As a Sales Representative at EZ Flow Foam, his role is focused on helping businesses find effective foam packaging and protection solutions for their products. Jack works with customers across a variety of industries to understand their needs, identify opportunities where EZ Flow Foam can add value, and develop long-term business relationships. He is also involved in prospecting for new customers, visiting businesses, demonstrating our equipment and products, and helping customers find the right foam solution for their applications. Jack is excited to continue growing within the company and expanding EZ Flow Foam’s reach into new markets.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. When he is not working, he is likely on the golf course with friends, traveling, cheering on his favorite New York sports teams or playing basketball and other sports.
After graduating from Serramonte High School, John worked in the US Navy as an Electronic Warfare Technician. Working at sea, and overseas, for 23 years he retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. He has a background in electronic troubleshooting, data management, and leadership.
After retiring he completed a degree in Computer Science from National University. Graduating during the dot.com collapse, he found employment in the Hospitality Industry and worked his way up to General Manager. Switching careers again, he started as a salesman at E-Z Flow Foam Systems, Inc. helping to grow that company into something that American Polymers Corporation decided they wanted as part of their family of companies. Currently John is E-Z Flow’s Sales Coordinator and maintains the corporate knowledge.
John is supported by Rose and their extended family. He enjoys historical research, studying languages, and is active in many fraternal organizations.
Graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics.
Michelle began her career working customer service and production roles throughout college, gaining valuable experience in both areas. In 2023, she joined the E-Z Flow customer service team, where she leveraged her previous customer service and production knowledge to develop systems that helped integrate E-Z Flow Systems into the American Polymers network.
Michelle now serves as Operations Manager for E-Z Flow Foam, overseeing purchasing, inventory, production, and the customer service team. She enjoys finding ways to improve the productivity and efficiency of day-to-day operations while continually enhancing the customer experience.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, Robert. On weekends, they enjoy visiting the beach to dive and fish. When time permits, Michelle also enjoys traveling the world and visiting Robert’s family in Oahu, Hawaii.
After graduating from St. John’s University (NY) with a degree in Finance, Kaveh worked in the automotive sector. First with Chase Auto Finance then at the retail level at numerous Toyota dealership in North Texas and eventually with Gulf States Financial Services as Sr. Regional Manager. After his time in the automotive sector Kaveh built and sold two commercial landscaping franchises. Here he learned the value of building a team and growing a business from the ground up.
After selling the landscaping businesses, Kaveh started a polyurea application company, Ameraguard. The focus was on aftermarket automotive bedliner and oil and gas applications with polyurea. After building, merging and selling the polyurea application business, Kaveh moved into a leadership role of managing and leading a large team in the coatings space with Ultimate Linings. Kaveh currently is leading EZ Flow Foam into new and uncharted spaces with polyurethane foam products and equipment that will make the application easier for customers.
Kaveh is supported by his wife, Alana and their son, Josh. Kaveh enjoys traveling, playing golf and watching his son compete on the baseball field in college.
