E-Z Flow Foam Fast Pack


E-Z Flow Foam™ Fast Pack is a two-component, in-place expanding polyurethane foam packaging system designed to provide 360° protection for a wide variety of products during shipping and handling. The system consists of an isocyanate (Component A) and a premixed polyether polyol blend (Component B), which react to form a protective, lightweight cushioning foam. This system is engineered for ease of use, rapid expansion, and reliable product protection, making it ideal for packaging fragile or irregularly shaped items. The foam conforms to the product, creating a custom-fit protective mold.


E-Z Flow Foam™ Fast Pack complies with environmental and safety standards including ROHS, MSDS, and SVHC.

Ideal for shipping out the following:

Containers for both Component A and Component B should be kept tightly sealed to prevent moisture contamination.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Recommended storage temperature: ambient conditions (around 25°C / 77°F)

Before handling this product, review all safety information including Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Proper handling procedures must be followed at all times.

Exposure to isocyanates and amine vapors may cause irritation or respiratory issues. Use only in well-ventilated areas or with proper respiratory protection.To obtain this information, contact your E-Z Flow Foam Systems representative.Different temperatures may be required for best results. Consult your E-Z Flow Representative for optimization. Temperatures above 140° F should be avoided on A-side.

  • Unfold the foam bag
  • Press the corner containing foam chemicals
  • Strike or activate the internal pouches
  • Chemicals will release and begin mixing
  • Shake the bag to ensure proper mixing
  • Place bag in the bottom of the box
  • Place product on top of expanding foam
  • Place second foam bag on top of product
  • Close and seal the box

The foam expands rapidly to conform around the product, providing custom-fit protection.
